Description

MC230 Introduction to Media Production 3 credits
Designed to introduce students to the techniques of media production by familiarizing
students with the basic operations of audio recording equipment, and single-camera video
production equipment (camcorders and digital editing software). Each student will gain
experience in the pre-production (planning, writing, scheduling, casting), production (shooting,
recording), and post-production (editing, audio sweetening) of various single-camera
genres.
